Internships Internships

Are you looking to earn academic credit and gain hands-on experience in human services?

Victory Programs’ interns learn practical skills from experienced staff. Prospective interns must be enrolled in an accredited academic program relevant to the work they will be doing during the time of their placement at Victory Programs.

Internships at Victory Programs are unpaid and only those enrolled in one of the following may apply:

  • A graduate program in social work, public health, counseling psychology, mental health, or a related field.
  • An undergraduate program in social work, psychology, nutrition, or a related field.
  • An associate degree program in human services, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
  • A certificate program in substance use disorders, addiction counseling, or a related field.

We may also consider internship placements for those taking coursework in accounting, development, human resources, or other areas relevant to nonprofit administrative work.

Interns are expected to abide by Victory Programs’ policies and procedures. Interns must also complete a Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) background check prior to the start of the internship.

Individuals seeking employment at Victory Programs are not able to use their employment as an internship.
